Changing your request
Send your order reference and the change or cancellation required. We review the work already completed and confirm the next steps and any applicable adjustment in writing.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Where distance-contract withdrawal rights apply, the usual period is 14 days from conclusion of the service contract. Starting during that period requires your express request. If you withdraw after requesting an early start, a proportionate charge for work performed may apply under the law. The right is lost after full performance only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement were obtained.
Cancelling an order and receiving a refund
For orders covered by the right to withdraw from a contract, you can notify us of cancellation within 14 days of concluding the contract. Clearly state your request and provide enough information for us to identify the order. No particular wording is required. We refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you. If you request that work starts during the withdrawal period, we explain in advance how this affects cancellation and the amount due. Your statutory rights in the event of a defective service remain unaffected.
