Scope and agreement
Your written order confirmation identifies the service operator, agreed work, document requirements, expected timing and final format. We coordinate the relevant certification with the notary and competent authority. An enquiry alone does not place a paid order.
Fees and changes
The accepted quotation includes the agreed fees and VAT. Translation, delivery and any additional service are included only as specified. Changes to scope or cost require your agreement before the additional work begins.
Documents and completion
Provide accurate information and the recipient’s instructions. We confirm document eligibility and the appropriate procedure before arranging it. Timing depends on the agreed work and relevant issuing procedure. Contact us promptly about an error or concern so we can review and resolve it. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
